Being a first time home buyer at the age of 47 was a little intimidating, (not to mention that it took me a year to finally decide on a home), but once I decided, I found CBM Mortgage at the ready to assist me through the process.
I met with my realtor on a Sunday to walk through and place a bid on my home. The bid needed to be submitted to the seller first thing next day, as my bid was in competition with others. Preapproval paperwork was required to be included with the bid so Corey was contacted for a copy. Corey was ready to assist so that the necessary paperwork was given to my realtor in time for my bid to be submitted by nine am Monday morning. Corey very graciously took time from his vacation to process and forward the necessary paperwork to my realtor. Thanks to his dedication, my bid was submitted complete and in time so that two days later I knew that my bid was accepted and I was on my way to home ownership!
Now, months later, I marvel at the experience and how easy it seemed to be with none of the horror stories or bad experiences that I had come to expect. CBM Mortgage worked closely with my realtor so that it seemed the only thing required of me was to arrive at closing with pen in hand.
